In early 2013 two friends embarked on a dream over a drink at their local pub in St Asaph, North Wales. They began making chilli jams early in 2013 and after 38 trial batches they had perfected their first flavour; Red Chilli & Lime. This was quickly followed by Jalapeño and Apple Jam. Following a startling success at local food shows and farmers markets at the weekend, with full time jobs they were producing over 300 jars per week in the kitchen at home in North Wales. In early 2014 they re-located to a facility just 9 miles down the road where the jams are continued to be made in small batches with tender loving care.
